Get Licensed Under MiCA in Malta
As the European Union rolls out the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) Regulation, Malta emerges as a top jurisdiction for crypto businesses looking to operate across the EU. With clear regulations, experienced oversight from the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA), and streamlined procedures, Malta offers a fast and efficient path to securing a MiCA license.
Why Malta?
Known as the "Blockchain Island," Malta was one of the first countries to regulate the crypto sector. Now, with MiCA in effect, Malta provides:

The license class depends on the services your company plans to offer.
